Components produces MS (Military Standard) parts for aerospace and military applications. Our MS or mil-spec parts include various externally threaded fasteners like socket cap screws, flat socket cap screws, and more. Choose from a variety of imperial and metric sizes and thread sizes, or request a quote for an entirely custom part.
Mil-spec fasteners are designed to meet the challenges of safe, reliable operation in mission-critical applications. Parts made in accordance with MS standards are used in aircraft, spacecraft, weapon systems, and a variety of ground and airborne electronics systems.

MS Hardware Manufacturing
Our Mil-spec fasteners are produced to military standards by our NADCAP accredited facility in Anaheim, CA. Ideal Fasteners is ISO 9001, and AS9100D certified, QSLM class 2 and 3 listed, and offers real-time SPC, allowing us to process products and process information quickly and efficiently to resolve potential defects before parts exit the shop floor. This ensures optimum tolerance and accuracy throughout production.
